Do You Need a Detox?

Many people never think to detox their liver or they may believe the liver does it all on its own. It is true your liver is constantly detoxing blood every 6 minutes all day without your help. Your liver was able to keep up with detoxing the body before modern civilization introduced processed foods, xenoestrogens, tons of sugar, excessive stress, chemicals,  and multiple prescription and non-prescription drugs.

Since all of those additions were introduced, humans have developed many symptoms that Western medicine cannot explain.

By giving your liver a break from trying to filter all the things coming its way that it was never meant to be exposed to, you will feel better, have more energy, have less brain fog, and lose weight.

A liver detox does not mean you will be running to use the bathroom all day long. It is taking time to eat and drink healthy, limit exposure to toxic foods and products, and give your body the break it needs to reset hormones, and blood sugars and support your liver and body.
If you are doing a detox for the first time, it is recommended that you do it for 21 days. If you do not feel comfortable committing to 21 days, try the 7-day detox. By doing a quarterly detox, you will keep your body and liver running more smoothly.
