Greetings!
My name is Terri Crabtree and I am an Integrative Health Practitioner. I am also a registered nurse of 29+ years. In that time I have seen a huge change in people’s health, including mine.
At 49 I began having symptoms of inflammation and pain that I thought was the beginning of Rheumatoid Arthritis. It was so debilitating that I could not walk up the stairs in my own home. I hurt all over. All my tests came back perfect. Nothing could be found out of the normal. I was the picture of health on paper. So, why did I feel so bad?

“I was the picture of health on paper. So, why did I feel so bad?”
My dad had RA so I believed I would inherit that from him. We are programmed to believe if your family has a condition, you will inherit the same dis-ease at some point. This is not always true. Many times we eat the same foods and live the same lifestyle our parents did, which triggers that gene to turn on. I love the quote, “ Your genes are the loaded gun but your lifestyle pulls the trigger”.
I also had friends and co-workers come to me and say, “I don’t understand, I feel awful but all my labs come back normal!”. This made me want to find answers for my health and others. Why were the labs not showing anything when people felt bad?

Many people are focused on the macronutrients but never consider the micronutrients. The micronutrients are what give the body what it needs to run all the processes deep within the cells.
When I discovered I could learn how to heal myself and others through integrative health, I was all in! I learned that blood is a homeostatic fluid, meaning it has to be regulated and kept at a certain range at all times. This means your body will pull minerals and nutrients from deep within the body to regulate the blood. This is why blood work can look normal but you still feel sick. It can take many years for those imbalances to show up in your blood work. You are depleted at a cellular level. Functional lab tests look deeper.
Through in-depth assessments and functional lab testing, I can help identify the root causes of your symptoms. I provide lifestyle adjustments, diet changes, and supplement recommendations that can help you on your healing journey. This process works best as a team effort and not a one-size-fits-all visit. Everyone is an individual and what may work for one, may not work for another. Healing the body takes time and is not something that happens overnight. This is a commitment on your part.
My eyes were opened when I ran my first functional lab test on myself. It identified several things that conventional labs did not find. I was able to heal myself through diet, lifestyle changes, added supplements, and protocols. It is the best investment I have ever made and I am living my best life because of it!

I believe this is the future of true health care! Let’s make your body healthy so you feel good and your body can heal itself, allowing you to lead a happy and healthy life well into your eighties and beyond!
I truly hope that some of this information resonated with you and I hope to see you soon to help you on your journey so you can Feel Better. Naturally!
I must disclose that I am not a doctor and do not diagnose, cure, or treat any diseases. I look at your symptoms and find out why you may be experiencing those symptoms. I will never diagnose you or tell you to stop taking medication. That is something only your medical doctor can do. Always consult your medical doctor to determine if any health protocols are right for you.
Feel Better. Naturally.
