Where do Parasites Come From?

Most people prefer not to think they could be harboring parasites in their bodies. The reality is that most humans harbor some form of parasite, ranging from microscopic to visible creatures such as worms and liver flukes. If you have been swimming in lakes, drank tap water, had pets, walked barefoot outside, or ate infected food, you probably have some form of parasites. They are not always visible to the naked eye, with many being microscopic.

If you experience any of the following symptoms, a parasite protocol is something to consider:

  • Digestive distress: constipation, diarrhea, persistent gas, bloating, IBS, SIBO, Leaky Gut
  • Persistent anemia
  • Insomnia, teeth grinding or clenched teeth in sleep
  • Itchy nose, ears, or anal itching at night
  • Difficulty concentrating or persistent brain fog
  • Extreme desire for sweet
  • Increased or decreased in appetite
  • Feeling tired, lethargic or apathetic without cause
  • Anxiety, depression or nervousness
  • Eczema psoriasis, hives or rashes
  • Recurrent UTI
  • Low Libido
  • Joint and Muscle pain not associated with exercise
  • Difficulty breathing or shortness of breath.

Before You Start

Before beginning any parasite protocol,  please make sure all pathways are open. As you kill parasites in the body, they can release toxins. You need to make sure you are pooping at least once a day,  peeing (urine should be pale in color), and sweating. Lymphatic drainage is also important. Massages, rebounding, dry brushing, and daily walking are great.
