I offer in office and virtual consultations. My office is located in Charleston, AR and is by appointment only. Initial consultations are usually an hour long and include a comprehensive health intake. This also allows time for you to communicate your concerns and ask questions. At the end of the visit, a health plan is discussed.
I also offer coaching packages that include coaching for longer periods of time, allowing you to communicate through text and emails. This keeps you from having to come back to an office and taking time off from work.
I prefer to talk with any potential client through a free 30-minute phone consultation to see if Wellness in the Roots can help. There is no pressure in the phone call. My goal is to help you feel better.
